For this discussion, the initial post by each student should be in the range of 200-250 words. During the first week, many people answered the questions well. However, this week I want you to think about potential consequences. For instance, what is the actual cost of large buffer inventories? What constitutes large and what constitutes small? For a JIT shop like BMW, they only stock about 1.5 days worth of engines. The rest are constantly streaming from Germany to South Carolina. What could potentially go wrong with this type of operation? etc. This is just to give you an idea of the direction I would like to see the class move. Below are this weeks questions. Enjoy!1. Figure 2.1 “Integrated Logistics” is shown on page 33. Describe the connectivity and what it means to you.2. Discuss in depth one of the Logistical Integration Objectives which begins at the bottom of page 40. 3. Give an example of Performance Cycle Uncertainty that you have seen in the real world.module 3Hi Everyone! For this discussion, the initial post by each student should be in the range of 200-250 words. In the previous two discussions, many initial posts were much longer than this. So, having shorter posts makes it easier to both read by the other students and it leaves some of the material for the other students to post as well. Choose one of these topics (below) and write a response accordingly.1) Describe a real-life situation where Customer-Focused Marketing could be used.2) Discuss Customer Satisfaction and/or Customer Success3) Discuss the Procurement objectives as it would apply to a real-world situation.4) Supplier Selection and Assessment is currently a hot topic. What are some methods for selection and assessment? How can these become successful/failures?
