            The discrimination that is being experienced in clothing stores is brought about by the new approaches of business firms to lure customers. According to Marshal Cohen a senior industry analyst, firms with good-looking are in a position to attract more employees than those who do not consider looks while hiring employees. According to Cohen’s theory, firms need to create an environment that entices people. He argues that for a firm to attract clients it must have good-looking employees who act as “walking billboards”.
